Coupang CEO’s Big Move

According to the company, this sale is being executed in line with a pre-established stock trading plan created on August 12, aimed at fulfilling tax obligations. In addition to the sale, Kim plans to donate up to 2 million shares to charity, a gesture that has drawn attention in the industry and raised eyebrows regarding the timing and scale of the sale.
